Last night, during the opening of the blue show, US champion Kevin Owens was interrupted by AJ Styles wanting his return match for the US title he lost at Battleground last Sunday. Owens went on to say he did not want to defend his title against anyone tonight, Chris Jericho's music then reasoned in the arena.
After being assaulted by Kevin Owens, Y2J had been absent from the rings for several weeks. So he made a surprise comeback to claim his rematch for the US championship. A game that will be formalized by Shane McMahon also including AJ Styles and of course, Kevin Owens.
