As we have seen at the Royal Rumble in 2015, The Boogeyman made an appearance one night only and then many rumors spoke of a full-time return to WWE but ultimately never happened.
However, two developers wanted booker The Boogeyman in Indy for the months of December and January, but the latter refused. It was said that he refused the bookings for a probable return in WWE. That said, this is only a rumor like many others and nothing is confirmed to date for his return although many people now speak.
