Daniel Bryan announces qualifying matches for Survivor Series / Who is qualified?

Before Smackdown, Daniel Bryan announced that there will be qualifying matches to form teams for Survivor Series.

Nikki Bella became the captain of the women's team Smackdown by defeating Natalya with an STF. That leaves four spots for this team.

Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley well as Rhyno Champions Heath Slater and have them qualified for the Traditional Survivor Series Tag Team Match for Smackdown. Three teams have yet to be announced.
