Luke Harper could return to WWE soon. As we noted, Harper had the anterior cruciate ligament in March and was to be out six months, putting his return in mid-September. PWInsider reported that Harper will be at Performance Center WWE this week to test his knee to see if it may be declared fit to return to action.
