The Pro Wrestling Illustrated will like every year, published its list of the 50 best wrestlers in the world, based on the period from 1 July to 30 June of the year.
For this ranking ninth, Charlotte Flair is # 1. Journalists from magazine have justified this choice by Charlotte achievements, which took the title of the Divas at Night of Champions 2015 (then becoming Title Female at Wrestlemania 32), and is unbeaten in pay-per-view for this title.
The new Top 50 list includes 18 new entrants, so the highest ranked is Asuka, who is third.
The PWI is respected and valued throughout the world, and is the largest wrestling magazine. Last year Nikki Bella was the No. 1, while Charlotte was sixth.
