As we saw during last night Raw, Mick Foley decided to place Roman Reigns Kevin Owens face in a steel cage match in the main event of the show red.
However, it was said that the reason to announce this match from the first hour of Raw was simply to keep the ratings up for the last three hours of the show. Nevertheless, the ratings for the past three hours of Raw have been declining.
