Wrestlemania XXXIII is already in six months and speculation about the Undertaker's opponent rife even if it no longer has the same flavor from the loss of the Streak. Now displays the most likely seems to be the dream match against John Cena but alternatives would be even mentioned: A rematch against Bray Wyatt or a game against Finn Balor demon. Some also speak of a match against one of the former members of the Shield but that seems very unlikely.
