According to many rumors, both athletes will retire from the ring and become coaches. Thus they become "corporates" as Tensai, who works at the Performance Center as Performer.
Mark Henry is now 45 and the Big Show last 44 years and hopes to move towards a career in film and that's what he lets his beard grow and he lost a lot of weight. Before retiring from the ring they should still make appearances and eventually retire around Wrestlemania.
